An investor tour is a disclosure. We build it like one.
Two promises sit under everything ES3D does: the picture never says more than the data, and your data goes nowhere you didn’t send it.
Honest by construction
Six rules the software keeps for you.
- The legend always matches the screen.Every colour a viewer sees decodes through the key beside it. Values beyond the colour range are marked as clipped, never quietly folded in.
- Nothing is silently truncated.When text or a key has to be shortened on a small screen, the viewer is told, and the full version is one tap away.
- Data checks are shown, not buried.Automated checks run on your data; a tour carries the result, and a check that raised caveats stays on screen for the whole story.
- Intercepts state their rule.A composited intercept callout says the cut-off and dilution it was drawn with, so a highlighted interval can’t be mistaken for a cherry-pick.
- Attribution travels with the tour.Qualified Person attribution, forward-looking statements and viewing terms ride with every share link and embed.
- Withheld means explained.If a figure can’t be shown, the viewer is told why it isn’t on screen, in plain words.
Your data
Local-first, by default.
Open ES3D, import a project, build a tour, and none of it has left your computer. Everything past that is a choice you make, one step at a time.
In your browser
Projects are built and autosaved on your own device. Nothing is uploaded unless you save to the cloud or share.
Owner-only saves
Sign in with a magic link and cloud projects are private to your account: row-level security, encrypted at rest (not end-to-end). Delete them yourself, any time.
Read-only links
A share link shows the story, never your workbench. Add an expiry, or a PIN that encrypts the story itself before it leaves your browser.
Public by design
A published address is meant to be embedded, so treat it as public. We ask search engines not to index these addresses.

In plain terms.
Analytics
Tours can report anonymous view analytics to their owner: which scenes were viewed, for how long, and whether narration played out. Viewers are told on screen when a tour does this.
The optional AI import assist
When a spreadsheet’s columns are ambiguous, ES3D can ask an AI model to help map them. It sends redacted per-column statistics only (header names, data types and rounded ranges), never cell values, rows or hole IDs. Rounded coordinate ranges do reveal a project’s approximate location, to within a few kilometres; if that is sensitive, skip the assist and map the columns yourself — import works the same without it.
Deletion
You can delete cloud projects yourself at any time. We will delete your account and its data on request, and answer within 30 days.
